MK Hospitality Turns 1

MK has turned 1 and what a year it has been! We've had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, each reflecting our dedication to excellence in hospitality. Here are just a few highlights from the past 12 months:

• Comprehensive Financial & Safety Audits – Conducted extensive financial analysis and health & safety audits for a 5-restaurant group over several months.

• Training & Development – Delivered 25 training sessions and courses, both independently and in partnership with TablePath.

• Project Success – Successfully completed 15 projects, ranging from new procedure rollouts to full concept development.

• Operational Support – Provided operational management for 4 venues across 18 major event days.

• Efficiency Reviews – Produced 5 in-depth system and efficiency reports to enhance operational performance.

• Mystery Audits & Site Reviews – Conducted 7 detailed audits, providing actionable insights to our clients.

• Garrison Coffee Co. – Proudly developed, launched, and now manage the first location of Garrison Coffee Co. in Athlone.

Many of our projects remain confidential, so we don’t always get to share our achievements. But as we close out this incredible year, we’re taking a moment to celebrate our progress and look ahead to even bigger things in 2025!
