Opened in 2024, the first location is nestled in the heart of Athlone, with more in the pipline. Garrison Coffee Co is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a space built around quality, craft, and community. We take pride in serving exceptional coffee using carefully selected Cloud Picker Coffee beans, ensuring every cup delivers rich, bold flavours.

But coffee is just the beginning. Our menu features handcrafted specialty drinks, including ceremonial-grade matcha and chai, alongside a selection of healthy, energising options such as our açai bowls, power balls, and fresh bakes. We partner with some of the best suppliers, from Nik’s Tea for our herbal infusions to Alchemy Productions for our indulgent sweet treats.

Designed to be a welcoming space for everyone, Garrison Coffee Co offers comfortable seating, work-friendly spots with charging points, and a relaxed atmosphere for both social catch-ups and quiet moments. Whether you're grabbing a quick takeaway or settling in with a latte, we’re here to make sure every visit is a great one.
