Beverage Systems & Audits - Midlands Hotel

We worked closely with Midlands hotel to refine and enhance its beverage operations. Our work included comprehensive on-site assessments, a full review of existing procedures, and the development of structured processes covering everything from ordering and stock control to guest service of beverage.

To further strengthen beverage security, we presented a detailed investment proposal outlining key improvements. Additionally, we conducted a tailored training session with the hotel management team to ensure seamless implementation of the new procedures.

As part of our ongoing support, we also conduct regular beverage audits, monitoring performance and identifying gaps in procedural implementation. This ensures consistency, compliance, and profitability in the hotel’s beverage service.

The project, and ongoing support has seen the hotels beverage GP increase by 5%.
