Mobile Room Service Ordering - Dublin Hotel

In April 2024, we partnered with a Dublin City hotel to launch a mobile room service ordering system. With this system, guests can easily scan a QR code in their room using their mobile device to access a menu where they can order food and drinks, then pay quickly using Google or Apple Pay. There's no need for guests to enter personal information or their room number—the QR code is unique to each room, so when an order is placed, it automatically links to the correct room for delivery.

The entire process is automated: Payments are handled through Stripe, orders are routed to the appropriate printers, and each transaction is logged in the hotel's EPoS system to track sales and record revenue.

Our role in this project was to program the ordering module in TablePath, ensuring seamless integration with the hotel's EPoS system. We also provided comprehensive support, including system testing, Go-Live assistance, and ongoing follow-up calls and reviews to ensure everything ran smoothly.
